Hi All,

Is there any possibility to inform agents about new tickets using something like popup window in a tray or alert window without programming ?

If impossible please outline to the best way to program it.

they get e-mail on arrival of new tickets in queues they subscribed for

E-mail is OK, but more operative and convenient way is wanted.

Anyway, now the only way to inform agents is to send them e-mail. Right ?
