Corrupted article/ticket

Hello,

From time to time it occurs to us that a ticket (or rather a given article) becomes "corrupted". I mean trying to load it makes OTRS crash. Then the only thing I can do is restart Apache service... and not load that article/ticket again.

I already noticed OTRS server disconnections.
In fact, it looks like it's due to this corrupted article.

I noticed it always happen to a ticket with a long history - I mean a long mail chain, where many people answer to many people, keeping the previous mail in the body each time... (you must know what I mean).
But... there are also such long tickets that never crash.

Why does an article become corrupted?
How can I resolve the issue?

I opened up the record from the article table and tried a few things like:
-reduce column a_body to its first words
-empty column a_in_reply_to
-empty column a_references
But it didn't prevent from crash.

Please help.
