Problems to Upgrade OTRS 3.0.4 to 3.1.1

Hello.. Please help me!!!

Im trying to upgrade my OTRS 3.0.4 to the new 3.1.1 but i have thos error:

[root@otrs tmp]# rpm -Uvh otrs-3.1.1-02.noarch.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
Check OTRS user ... otrs exists.
usermod: user otrs is currently logged in
error: %pre(otrs-3.1.1-02.noarch) scriptlet failed, exit status 8
error: install: %pre scriptlet failed (2), skipping otrs-3.1.1-02
[root@otrs tmp]#

do you have the correct version of the rpm file for your OS?

I download the packet of http://www.otrs.com/en/open-source/get- ... -download/

Fedora 4 - 11 / RHEL 4, 5, 6 / CentOS 4, 5, 6

•OTRS 3.1.1 for Fedora/RHEL/CentOS RPM
(You'll need to disable SELINUX in /etc/selinux/config)


I have Centos.
