how to increase Text size of free text field?

dear community,
i have added a free text field at agent ticket close view and want to write 250-500 letters in this free text field before closing each ticket but problem is that when i am exceddingg 150 letter that field is not being display in article print.

my question is that "how we can increase the text size of free text field?".

you should switch to 3.1 there is a dynamic field for notes
