Hello,
after the upgrade from 2.4.7 to 3.0.11 (rpm) we are experiencing blank pages when opening tickets.
This happens with Firefox or IE.
For what I can see, this is more frequent when the browser is already open and we follow a link in a email notification, but this is not the only case.
Pressing F5 sometimes helps, other times we must restart the browser.
Restarting apache seems helping, but after some hours the problem rise again.
Anyone with the same issue ?

Restarting apache seems solve the issue, but after few hours, the blank page problem return.
Do you think it's apache ?
I can migrate OTRS to a new server if this can help.
