Queues associated with priorities

Post by playman »

Hi guys,

Im Sergio from Argentina and I am using OTRS 3.0.11 since 2 weeks. I was able of customize some items of the system and this is working good.
There is a question to do, I want to configure some Queues in order to allocate agents there and I want to know if OTRS is able to be configure the next manner:
- Assing a priority depending the queue or services (I disabled the option to choose the priority in the customer frontend).
- Show different options when the customer select differents TYPES (for example, if the customer select type INCIDENT, shows the queue or service VIRUS; if the customer select type CHANGE MANAGEMENT, shows the queue or service WORKSTATION MOVEMENT).

Thanks in advance for your help and sorry for my english level (its so bad haha).

Regards.

Sergio.

THanks.... looking other topics in this forum I find this way to solve my problem:
- I create a Postmaster Filter with a condition for "TO" email incoming and setting the correct value fore the priority.

Thanks a lot! Have fun!
