Login page just hanging

Fisrtly, many thanks to the mod crythias for assisting me awhile back with OTRS. I used this same article to get me up and going using SQL, Server 08, and IIS 7.

Now, for some reason now that I have everything set up, I am trying to log in for the first time, and it's hanging there. It's not going any further. I've ran the check DB and everything looks ok, I was able to navigate to my site/otrs/index.pl and get to the log in prompt, but once I type the credentials and hit log in, it just sits there and loads and loads endlessly.

I am unsure what in IIS7/Server 08 is causing it to hang like this. Can anyone help me?

This issue is a pain in the ass. I mean it just hangs there, what in teh world? Someone said removing IE9 fixed their issue, but it hasn't fixed mine. I'm kind of assuming there's something in IIS7 that's causing this??
