I have notifications set up to email when certain templates are used or certain types of tickets are created.
Currently, they are going to some users and not others. I can tell exactly which users its happening to. I see in the otrs that it is sending to some, and not others. (I have multiple users in a role, and the notifications go to that role, but some of the roles get it, and some dont).
Anyone have any ideas?
This is on my development box. I am testing 3.1.1 for upgrade. It was working fine before, and is working fine on our production box which is 3.0.11
