Is it possible to configure the Escalation Based on the priority of a ticket? How can i configure?

Escalations are dependend on the Queue or SLA not on priorities.

Please use a normal size for your letters in your posts...

IN MANY PRACTICAL OCCATIONS, ESCALATION IS REQUIRED WITH THE PRIORITY BASED ORDER FOR ME.

OTRS escalations work differently. use SLAs for your system
