For what purpose? And when? At close ticket or another stage of ticket processing?
There some ways to do it.
At Close stage you may specify an Involved agents to notify by internal note.
If this agents - members of one group you may notify them by specified this group/groups when created notification for some event.

Such situation appears when we change queue and ticket is reblocked.
In this case i want notification to be sent to owner from the previous queue. Is it possible ?
