Can't get queue filter to work in custom dashlet

I followed some instructions I saw (viewtopic.php?f=53&t=6351&p=48374) and made a dashlet. However, it doesn't work :( This is my data:

As you can see, the test ticket is in queue ID 91. This is my dashlet config:

However, whenever I view the dashboard the custom dashlet has no data. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
