select a service in a ticket

Good afternoon,

I like that when a user creates a ticket to associate a particular service.
I've created these services but when the user will select in the table, these do not appear.
Where did I can enable?

You must either assign services to a customer or set default services.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

My customers come from Active Directory.
Where do services are set by default?

i'm sorry for my english but i'm using the traductor :D

But how I can do it - set default Service?
I'll tried to set default Service in Customer <->Service but witout success - they don't assigned to customers.
What I forgot elsewhere? :?
