Fehler beim Anlegen einer neues Statistik

Bei unserer Version (3.1.1) bekomme ich beim Anlegen einer neuen Statistik eine Fehlermeldung:

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.15 (Linux/SUSE) Server at abayoo-support.de Port 80"

Ich hatte erst vermutet, dass das Modul fehlt, aber es ist noch da.
Hat jemand eine Idee?

schau mal ins Apache error log. Allerdings war ein Bug in der 3.1.1 Statistik, Du solltest daher auf die 3.1.2 updaten

Gemacht, da steht nix! Was das wohl ist.....?

Etwas kann ich noch beitragen: wenn ich das ITSM komplett etferne gehen die Statistiken aber man bekommt den gleichen Fehler wie im Screen oben wenn man ein neues Ticket erstellen will. Sobald das ITSM wieder drinn ist geht es aber die Statistiken nicht mehr....????

Hallo,

ich hatte den gleichen Fehler. Nach der Deinstallation des Moduls 'ITSMServiceLevelManagement-3.1.2.opm' lief es einwandfrei - allerdings eben ohne dieses Modul.
