Is it possible to generate a SLA warning/pop-up when making a ticket and the customer doesn't have a valid support contract?
CustomerA has a support contract for his servers but not for his pc's. Is it possible to print the SLA when making a new ticket or to generate a pop-up so the person who's making the telephone ticket can see which type of support contract is valid for customer A? Or any suggestion to implement this?
