Hello,
I'm now testing OTRS usage and I don't want to send by now automatic mail to customers (only to agents) .
I have already
- deactivated all Auto-Responses in my queue.
- Invalidated my responses
But every time I open new mail ticket, an automatic mail is sent to customer.
I would appreciate any help with that.

E-Mail Ticket (not tickets created by a fetched mail) will always send a mail to the customer, as this is the intended use of this functionality Use Phone ticket instead
