I am deploying OTRS in my company and I have a doubt about the ticket details showed in ticket list view (medium size).
As it can be seen in the screenshot attached, all details about a ticket is shown but "FirstResponseTime", "UpdateTime" and "SolutionTime" fields. As the ticket is associated to a SLA in which "FirstResponseTime" field is defined, I expected this data to be shown is this field. "UpdateTime" and "SolutionTime" fields are not defined in the SLA, so it is understandable that nothing appears there.
I would like to know what should appear in "FirstResponseTime" field, as it is clear that I am wrong when expecting SLA's first response time to be printed.
