Formatting of text in FAQs

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up some FAQs in order to store formatted data. I've used the HTML source view to create a table, add spacing and borders, and also some <hr> tags.
It appears that some of the CSS is overriding what I've specified, and I'm not seeing any of the HR's, and the table just has all the text as if it's ignoring my cellpadding, borders, etc tags within the table tag.

I'm OK with using DIV tags or CSS classes etc to format the tables, but which CSS file would I need to add my classes to?
