dynamic fields and dependencies

I have created some extra dynamic fields on ticket close. Let's say:

field 1 - yes or no
field 2
field 3
field 4

Is there a possibility to configure if field 1 = yes then field 2, 3, 4, ... must have a value (are required) before the ticket can be closed. If field 1 = no; the fields can be empty.
