i have the following problem.
i have a read only customer backend, this is working very well. but now some customers want to login to the customer ticket frontend. when they register for an account they get an info, that their account already exists. if they click forgot password, they will get an email with an link to follow to reset the password, but now OTRS writes an event to the logfile that the backend is readonly.
is their a way to put only logindata to the local otrs database and still use the customer backend????
