Function of Z_Depricated config group

Hi!
Anybody know what is function of Z_Depricated config group in OTRS 3.1.1? :?
All of this attributes related to FreeText, FreeTime and ArticleFreeText fields in various params of Ticket handling.
Need I do something with this attributes? Or they values inherited while updating from v. 3.0.x for future use for setting Dynamic Fields? :?

DEPRECATED!

This setting is not used any more and will be removed in a future version of OTRS.

but let us know how to use Z_Deprecated free text ? i am using otrs 3.1.2
is it possible to display Z_Deprecated free text field in agent phone ticket panel?

they are depricated and can not be used any more
