the Page can not loaded updated data normally

Hi All,

I already installed OTRS with these spec :
-OS : win server 2008 R2 x64
-DB : SQL server 2008 R2 x64
- web server: IIS 7

I got a problem when I update data in any page on SysConfig menu, the page was not update after apply any changing.
I need IIS reset and then refresh the page, so I just get the updated data at the page.
Is there any wrong configuration so that the page is not update normally?
