Hi all,
I already installed two OTRS extension, FAQ and Survey, after register in SysConfig and I tried to create new survey and journal but after do that, the records is not show in view/grid.
If i look at FAQ journal on right top of page, there is have "1-3 of 3 ", anyone can give advise, why my records can not show in the view?

You don't write in post where are you looking for survey or FAQ overview - agent or customer interface and are them already have any rights in groups faq, survey?
