Attachment anchors

Hi all

In our OTRS ticket's attachment anchor now is
http://document.pdf/?Action=AgentTicket ... 4;FileID=1
but should be
http://serverAddress/?Action=AgentTicke ... 4;FileID=1
therefore I cannot open file.

When can I change anchor format for ticket attachments ?
