Hi all,
Is my first post here so I would like to introduce myself.
My name is Javier and we are deploying version 3.1.2 in our company nowadays.
We were using a previous version but due to the good acceptance of OTRS in all departments we have decided to use one OTRS server for each department.
The point is that all uf us will share the same FAQs so makes no sense for us having a copy of each in all servers. We would like to have only one centralized OTRS server as FAQ server and access that common server from a link in each of the department OTRS servers.
I have been trying to find the way to change the link on the FAQ button to point it to the main server IP and FAQ module but I couldn't find where to change it.
Another workaround that would help is just adding a new FAQ link somewhere on the main screen to the main server because we can disable FAQ on the departments server.
Any one could help us on this or point us to the right direction?

why do you devide into more than one server? so it would not be possible to move tickets from one department to another

Yes I understand that.
Each department tickets are independent so for us is more than ok.
The only common module is FAQs and that is why we want to have a central repository.
I know a creepy solution, creating a FAQ in each department OTRS with a link to the main FAQs OTRS server, but if is possible, a link from the main navigation screen would be the most appropiate solution.
