Ticket Types not translated anywhere in OTRS.
The needed translation inserted in ru_custom.pm file but appear untranslated anywhere

OTRS has many ITIL terms, but many of them are localized. It is not very correct with respect to the client when in the user interface appear terms of ITIL, such as Criticality, Impact,Type not translated, while they have national accredited. Yes, i'll already done it, but I don't understand politics - see above/micshi wrote:you can create new types for ticket with your prefer language(in database), then make OTRS only show these ticket types by custom ACL.
