Customer Ticket

Is there a way that we can have the customers copy and paste to the ticket?

An example, I have clients that can do a print screen and then paste it in and email and send it to me ... Is there an opportunity to make this an option with OTRS tickets?

as this is a Firefox Feature IE and other browsers won't work
