Hello!
I0ve a strange problem in my new OTRS. The system send correctliy notification email to che custoper for open and close ticket. But doesn't send email notification to the agents when the ticket had moved from an agent to another.
In the agent's profile all notification are to "YES" and all agent have the queue assigned
I tried also with coistom notification
In the history OTRS writes that che mail was sent, but in my SQTP logs there ise no trace of this email.
Could someone help me?

I treid to update OTRS to the last version on OpenSuSE instead Windows XP.

... but I've same problem in agent notification. All the email to client are sent correctly, but mail for agents are not sent. In the ticket detail i see "SendAgentNotification "Move"-notification sent to "[agent mail address]". "
