We're using OTRS 3.0.6 + Survey
Module "Survey" sents e-mail to user when ticket closed.
But this e-mail doesn't contain information about initial ticket.
How can I add Ticket's subject or body in this e-mails?

For the subject, add this to your survey body:
<OTRS_TICKET_Title>
I still haven't figured out how to add the body of the original email as <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[40]> doesn't pull.
