how can I create a ticket in connection with another ticket from customer interface or agent interface ?

Hi!
1. From customer interface you can't create linked tickets.
2. From agent interface - New Phone Ticket - there some ways -
2.1. Direct link via "Link" button (under "Subject" line)
2.2. Master/Slave feature - need some configuration
3. One ticket already exist -
Split ticket - via "Split" menu item in TicketZoom window (ticket already created and new splitted ticket creates)
Two tickets exist -
"Link" menu item in TicketZoom window (both tickets already created)

However, in newPhoneTicket do not see the "link button" below the subjetc. I must do something to see the button?
for the master / slave thing you need to configure?
I tried to split a ticket but "Link" TicketZoom I always see a ticket only.

Try to see atributes - Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketPhone###SplitLinkType
Ticket::Frontend::MenuModule###320-Link For "Link ticket" link in NewPhoneTicket may be???? need install ITSM module
