agent notification

hi,

i have configured OTRS. agent notification is not working properly.
but i can send admin notification also through auto response i can send customer notification.


when i create new ticket i get this window see the attachment error1. also i attached the log for resent activities.

we are using smtls and port 587, if i use this i cant see any notification logs in my system. instead this if i use sendmail or smtp i can get the notification with fail.

please help me to come out from this, i dont have any idea.
