pre-populated ticket

Hi there,

I would like an external application to call a specific URL with these fileds pre-polutated :
-Type
-to queue

The idea is to have a dedicated URL per queue.
Something like :
http://otrsServer/otrs/index.pl?Action= ... queue=xxxx[/b]


Is that possible ?
