Hi guys,
I had a issue with the OTRS 3.0.8 in windows 2008 so i uninstalled it and reinstalled a 3.0.12 version. I had no issues with LDAP Customer authentication. I'm using the same code in 3.0.12 Config.pm but the sync doesnot seem to work. I cannot get the users to get populated in the customer area. Can you tell me why?

The OTRS user was moved without my knowledge to some other OU. hence the issue.
