If you're looking for documents for self-support then you can look at http://doc.otrs.org/ and at the Howtos sub forum for the first steps.

Additionally you can post questions to the appropriate sub forum (e.g. "Configuration"). Then please remind to post some details about your environment (OTRS version, operating system and so on) and a precise question.
