How to Export Search Results

When exporting the search results of tickets to a csv file, the ticket numbers have their last digits changed to a zero? How do i remedy that?

Thats an Excel issue. YOu can prevent it, via renaming the file to .txt. and set the column to text on import or using Open Office Calc
