Hi all,
I have an issue in Ticket creation where i cannot see the dropdown for services.
I have created the services, tied them to default setting & to customers, and created SLA but i cannot see the dropdown for both the services and SLA
Any advice?

edit: Its ok now .. i found it in SysConfig :: Core::Ticket -> Ticket::Service
Ticket: No Services Dropdown
