Integration Shibboleth

Hi, can I have informations about integration of shibboleth with otrs 3.1? I mean, there is a particular guide or something similar? patches, modules...
OTRS 3.1.6 on ubuntu with MySQL

There is no standard for an OTRS implementation. You´d have to program it or let it program by someone else.
Due to OTRSs modularity it should not be too difficult, though I must say I have no idea how authentication works with apache.

When you have found out how this works, you could take one of the other authentication modules and rewrite it to use your desired login/authentication.

can you tell me why you think it's important first of all to understand mechanism of apache's autentication.

though my ask can results stupid, I've not a clear head about it...

It has come to my mind that you´d like to implement SSO using shibboleth. For SSO I´d expect apache to have the need of this authentication type.
