Add a public comment field to each public FAQ article

Hi,

I hope someone can help me to improve my OTRS FAQ Module.

We are using OTRS Version 3.0.10 with the current FAQ Module version 2.0.7. I've setup the FAQ and added some articles and made them public. Now I would like to have a public comment field at the end of each FAQ Article. Every reader of the FAQ article should be able to comment the article. This is very usefull for us and should act as a Feedback.

I guess I need to change these files:

/otrs/Kernel/System/FAQ.pm
/otrs/Kernel/Modules/PublicFAQZoom.pm
/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/PublicFAQZoom.dtl

But unfortunately I'm not a programmer :( I could read the code and understand a lot of things but It's not clear to me how to add a new public comment field.
