First time user - requirements

Hi there,

Installed OTRS and need some guidance.
Need advice how to use OTRS for outsourced IT services and helpdesk.
How do I store additional customer information like router config, wireless config, etc on OTRS to be available for all technicians.

For this purposies you need to install ITSM additional module where you find CMDB (Configuration Management Data Base) feature to create, edit and store information about configuration units - see manual at http://doc.otrs.org/itsm/2.0/en/html/
