Strange one here..."My Queues" were working fine, the only thing that's changed is that other agents have been added, but now "My Queues" are not working. You can't change the selection under agent preferences, it claims that the changes have been saved but when you go back in, the selection looks the same as it did before. Regardless of this, I'm unable to see any queues, as if I don't have any queues setup despite there being plenty of tickets in those queues.
I've checked the personal_queues table and there are corresponding queues assigned to my ID so that looks fine, but still no luck under the Queue view.
Anyone got any ideas? Help would be kindly appreciated.
