otrs 3.1 installation

hello experts!
a want to install otrs 3.1.1 in ubuntu server.but while installing in installer.pl i got error message ("can't create directory cacheFileStorable") how to come out from this error message?

actually in previous version of otrs like 3.0 it used to configure automatically.

Just a guess here, but make sure you've run the permissions script during the install.
