Dear ALL,
could some one help me to importe customer user from file to OTRS, i am just configure the OTRs 3.1.2 verson on windows and i need to import custmer using excel file.

Download this module and install him through the Admin ->System Administration -> Package Manager -> Install Package

Thank you for the help,
customers list was imported successfuly in the db,
but i have issue with the customers password, the default password was imported in the file and customers are not able to use this default password to login,
should i know how to manage the default password for my customer list ?, (more then 1600 roww).
