Secure::DisableBanner

When this is enabled if the user logs out this message is display above the banner:
Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8; Expires: Tue, 1 Jan 1980 12:00:00 GMT Cache-Control: no-cache Pragma: no-cache
Disabling it does not produce this. Do I have a misconfiguration somewhere?
