hello everybody
i install otrs in my server the probel it's I can send mail with otrs but I can't fetch my mail box (outlook) to my otrs queue
Help plz

Add the account from which the mail has to be fetched in Postmaster Mail accounts.
Enter the username,password and the host name. That should work

Admin-> Postmaster Mail Accounts.
Enter the user id,password,host,etc. There is a cron job that will run every 10mins and it will fetch mail from that mailbox and create as new tickets.

btw, it will delete all mail from that mailbox, just fyi.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
