Hi,
We are using OTRS 3.0.08 as our ticket system. We have enabled both mime and pgp. But we are only able to send out encrypted emails if a local (otrs) account has been created and pgp encryption has been added to it.
Even then when the recepient receives the email its not encrypted and can be viewed. Also if a mime signed email is received otrs recognises this, but won't reply with the mime handshake to allow the sending to encrypt the next mails.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
