Hi,
I am working with OTRS reports and I found that the values of CloseTime and SolutionTime are the same for every closed tickets. I expected this to happen for closed successful tickets but I was surprised to find out that this was also the case for tickets in closed unsuccessful state.
I thought unsuccessfully closed tickets would have the SolutionTime field empty, as those tickets are "far" from being solved. Why do these tickets get a timestamp value in SolutionTime field?
I can't work out what aditional information provides the SolutionTime field, as it repeats the same values of closeTime field.
