Hello All,
Just installed OTRS HelpDesk 3.1.4-01 on CentOS 6.X and have it up and running. I currently have all email features working as far as the system sending tickets to users assigned to queues and I can also fetch emails MANUALLY to open tickets. I search the documentation but couldn't find a way to have the system fetch automatically from an inbox. How can this be accomplished?

remove the .dist from fetchmail.dist and restart /opt/otrs/bin/Cron.sh
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
