hi
i have probém at the beginning i receive the notification normaly but at once i didn't receive notification on my box however i have not change on the parameter

check the logs of OTRS and the mailserver
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
