Mac OSX downloads wav attachments instead of playing them

Running Mac OSX 10.6 and OTRS 3.1. Our phone system forwards calls to OTRS and creates a ticket. Clicking the attachment brings up a window with the attachment name and size. Clicking again downloads the attachment instead of opening it. Once downloaded, I can play it in ITunes or Quicktime (no issues with encoding). However, it is exceedingly inconvenient to download the attachment and then play it (multiple steps) when it should simply play it. I'm not sure if this is a MAC OSX issue or an OTRS issue, but it happens on my imac and my employee's mac book pro, and it also happens with PDF attachments. I don't have problems open .wav or .pdf files from websites or from email. The extra step seems to be limited to OTRS.

I resolved this in OTRS. Edit Config Settings in Framework -> Core::Web and set AttachmentDownloadType to "Inline". Works like a charm for pdf, wav, png, etc.
