When I create a new phone ticket, I have on AgentTicketPhone a customer link who can help to create a new customer --> good
If a new customer send a mail to our support address, the ticket is created but in the ticketView, we can't create the customer, we need to copy manually all informations and create the customer --> no good :'(
Is it possible to modify AgentTicketCustomer by new customer creation page with the customer email address writted?
