how i can show just the ticket on my queue in my deshaboord and hide the oder tickets

click on the filter locked on the dashlet

the probléme its I want the agent consulte and show only the tickets on his queue it's possible to hide all the tickets on the desabhoord

ok
on the dashboard I want the agent view and see only the tickets on his queue and not all the tickets .

press the queue view.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Tickets, Queue View.
Or for the Dashboard, Set your preferences (highlight your queue(s)) and then click "My Queues."
